Junior Customer Success Manager

Location: Seattle, WA (downtown)

The Junior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning customer adoption and churn for small to medium-size customers. This role is perfect for anyone with limited to no account management experience with the drive to build relationships and grow accounts. The Junior CSM will be split between the Success and Customer care team providing support on both ends of the customer journey to drive growth.

What this looks like:

  • Manage a book of business and quota to deliver expansion and churn goals.
  • Provide onboarding to small-medium sized customers.
  • Conduct bi-annual account reviews for small-medium sized customers to enable their growth and adoption with PipelineDeals.
  • Own customer feedback through our Voice of the Customer channels.
  • 40% time spent with the Customer Care team being available for phone, chat, and email support at a designated time.
  • 60% time spent targeting expansion opportunities by understanding your book of business and implementing expansion strategy to hit quota.

We'd like you to have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Coaching mentality — obsessed with finding solutions for our customers at any cost.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with high attention to detail.

Plus if you have:

  • B2B software experience and you are familiar with the dynamics of the customer journey at B2B SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of CRM, Voice of the Customer, and experience collaborating with sales teams.
  • A customer-centric mindset and the drive to see results along with a great attitude to get things done.
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) required. Relevant fields of study include Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing.
