Customer Operations Specialist

Location: Wayne, PA

Do you have stellar communication skills and a passion for user-friendly technology? We're looking for a new addition to our amazing customer support team.

• Become an expert on the features and functionality of PipelineDeals.
• Be able to troubleshoot customer problems in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries in any and all ways we talk to our customers: phone, email, community portals, webinars, Skype, instant messaging, etc.
• Be willing to help make us better by identifying areas for improvement within our process.
• Make recommendations and suggest new ways to help us better serve PipelineDeals’ customers.
• Find solutions to customers problems and help them in a way that leaves them loving you and PipelineDeals.
• This position will be based in our Philadelphia area office.
